The most common question I get is, "Is Pilates for me?" The answer is YES! Everyone can do Pilates and everyone can benefit from Pilates.

An injury lead me to do Pilates but the benefit I saw and felt overall is what kept me interested in doing it and eventually teaching it.

 

  • If you are interested in muscle tone and weight loss a Pilates program with a cardio program will give you fantastic results.

  •  If you are wanting to try Pilates to enhance another program or sport, it works wonderfully to improve your range of motion, flexibility, core strength and balance. 

  • If you are interested in doing Pilates to help recover from an injury or a chronic physical setback, the program is tailored to your specific needs.

  • If you have a debilitating condition or are in chronic pain, Pilates is gentle enough to be done at your individual pace.

  • If you are shy or dislike large gyms Pilates is great for that private "zen" vibe.

  • If you have a hard time finding a class that fits your schedule, Pilates can be scheduled at your convenience.

  • If you are interested in a program that teaches you how to feel taller, longer or stronger Pilates is for you.
